New ACS requirements for MODL nomination

The ACS has recently updated its policy on MODL eligibility:

Now, the ACS requires applicants to have proof of professional full time experience in the nominated specialization for at least 12 months within the last 4 years prior to applying.

Previously, applicants just needed to show at least 12 months' full time professional experience in the nominated specialization.
